Kuwait Family Reunion Visa

This visa is intended to permit foreign nationals to obtain a long-term visa, allowing them to stay in Kuwait for a longer period. This visa applies to family members of Kuwait nationals and wishing to obtain a permit for long-term residence in Kuwait. To obtain a Kuwait Family Reunion visa, it is compulsory that the husband earns at least 450 KD (1.500 USD) monthly (in case of possessing a 17-visa) and at least 650 KD (2.150 USD) monthly (in case of possessing an 18-visa). If both man and wife work in Kuwait, they can sponsor their children there but only if their salaries combined exceed 350 KD (1.160 USD) monthly.

There are some cases about family reunion visa:

  1. The husband cannot be sponsored by the wife.
  2. While you can sponsor adult daughters and parents, you can't sponsor your sons over 21 years of age.
