11. Invitation Letter (if any)
- It must state the full name, address, and telephone number of the contact person making the invitation.

12. If the Parents are Venezuelan:
- They should make these documents available on a computer, stating

Do citizens of Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru require a tourist visa to enter Venezuela?
The visa requirements for national tourists from the Member Countries of the Andean Community ( Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru) who enter by air through the international airports of Venezuela have been eliminated by the Andean Community according to Decision 603, as of January 1, 2005.
Nationals of the other Member States of the Andean Community can, as visitors, stay in Venezuelan territory for up to ninety (90) days, which may not be extended.
