Once the application has been submitted and accepted, the applicant will receive an e-receipt, which must be printed and shown to the embassy/consulate or immigration officers upon arrival.

The Tourist visa must be used within 60 days of the date of issue, it will be valid for one or more entries and allow you to stay in Angola for up to 30 days and may be extended once for an equal period.

A Tourist visa will be granted by Angolan diplomatic and consular missions to foreign citizens wishing to enter the Republic of Angola on a recreational, sporting, or cultural visit.

The Tourist visa must be used within 60 days of the date of the grant, it is valid for single or multiple entries and allows you to stay in Angola for a period of up to 30 days, being extended only once, for an equal period of time.

Angola Study visa is granted to foreign citizens, to Angolan diplomatic and consular missions and is intended to allow their holders to enter Angola in order to participate in a study program in public or private schools, as well as in professional training centers to obtain an academic or professional degree or to carry out internships in public or private companies and services.

Angola Study visa will be used within sixty (60) days of the date on which it is granted and will allow the holder of the study to stay for one year and can be extended for an equal period until the completion of the studies, and serves for multiple entries.

Angola Study visa does not allow the holder of the study visa to establish a residence in Angola or to carry out a paid activity, except for internships related to training.

Angola Privileged Visa

Angola Privileged visa is granted by the Angolan diplomatic and consular missions to a foreign investor, representative, or attorney of an investment company and is intended to allow the holder to enter Angola for the purpose of implementing and carrying out an approved investment proposal under the Private Investment Law. 

Angola Privileged visa must be used within 60 days of the date of grant, allowing multiple entries and a stay of up to 2 years, and can be extended for an equal period of time. If an application is made in Angola, the visa will be granted locally by means of a declaration issued by the competent authority responsible for the approval of the investment.

A foreigner who has been granted a privileged visa may, if necessary, apply for a residence permit.
