There are three different types of visas to Serbia:
1. Short Stay Visa

3. Long Stay Visa
You can realize your planned trip to Serbia by obtaining a Serbia short-term visa. You can apply for short-term visas for realizing your temporary travel to Serbia. Serbia Tourist Visa
If you intend to visit Serbia with the purpose of tourism for a period shorter than 90 days, depending on your nationality, you might be required to obtain a Serbia Tourist visa first.
The Serbia Tourist visa permits you to stay in Serbia and realize your tourist activities for a maximum period of 90 days at most per 180 days.

- For a private visit – invitation letter certified by the relevant authority of the Republic of Serbia
- For a business visit – invitation letter by a company in Serbia;
- For a tourist trip – a proof of payment for the trip issued by a travel agency (voucher or another type of payment receipt);
11. Medical Insurance
- Valid in Serbia, covering one day longer beyond the intended period of stay and of a value not less than 30,000 EUR (original and copy)
12. For Minors:
- Copy and Serbian or English translation of either birth certificate/proof of adoption/custody decree if parents are divorced/death certificate of parent
- “Letter of consent” from parents, including passport copies of both parents/legal guardian

Serbia Transit Visa
What is an Airport Transit Visa?
If you have to pass through the international transit area of Serbian airports without actually entering the national territory of Serbia during a stop-over or transfer between two stages of an international flight, you might need an Airport Transit Visa. The requirement to have this type of visa is an exception to the general rule to transit without a visa through Serbia.

Is the Serbia visa valid for entry to the Schengen zone?
No. Serbia is not yet part of the Schengen zone therefore Serbia visas are invariably national. They only entitle the holder to enter the territory of the Republic of Serbia
I am from a country whose citizens do not need a visa to enter Serbia. Can I experience any problems at the border, while entering Serbia?
You must meet certain requirements to enter Serbia, even if you are not required a visa:
- The purpose of your trip to Serbia must be plausible and comprehensible.
- Your passport should be valid for at least 3 months beyond your stay in Serbia.
- You must be able to finance your own living and travel costs.
