Do I need a visa for Norway?

As the Norway is a member of the Schengen Agreement. The following are entitled to unlimited travel in the Schengen Area:

Citizens of Schengen countries
Applicants for a residence permit issued by the Schengen state to citizens of
EU/EEA
Non-EU nationals from eligible countries who are not required to obtain a Schengen visa for a trip of 90 days or less
Non-EU nationals with a valid Schengen visa
Other nationalities should check their eligibility.

Norway study visa without IELTS

If you are enrolled in an educational institution in Norway, you can apply for a study visa for Norway. This visa will allow you to live and study in Norway for a long period of time.

There is no TOEFL; IELTS is required if the previous degree was taught at an English medium college/university.

Students who have completed their previous education at an English language institution can fulfil the Learning Requirements for a study visa without IELTS.

Students are required to submit an official declaration or certificate, Printed on Sealed and Sealed Paper, as proof that the Previous Education was in English.
