Citizens of many regions need a New Zealand visa to enter the country. If the purpose of the trip is tourism or to visit family or friends, an entry visa is required. Holders of this visa cannot work or do business in the country.
The following documents must be submitted to the embassy or consular office of the country to obtain an New Zealand tourist visa:

  • a passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the date of completion of the trip, and a copy of its first page;
  • 3*4 colour photo with light background

  • copy of the completed passport pages and old passport if it has visas for Schengen countries, UK, US, Australia and Canada;
  • confirmation of air ticket bookings (it is better not to buy them before the final visa issuance);
  • a certificate from your place of work stating your income, as well as your seniority and position; income over $1000 will increase your chances of getting a visa;
  • proof of funds for the trip at the rate of $ 1000 per person for the entire period of stay in the country (examples - bank account statements);
  • for children - certificate from educational institution plus original birth certificate and its copy; if a child travels with one parent, a notary certified consent of the other parent is required, which should be translated into English and certified by the same notary; also a copy of the first page of the passport of the second parent and the certificate of marriage or divorce will be needed;
