You can apply for a Transit visa to Uzbekistan at the Embassy or Consulate without prior confirmation of the visa. The Uzbek Transit visa shall be valid for a maximum of 72 hours, but may be issued for a lesser period.

Tourist E-Visa (Single, Double, and Multiple Entry) visas are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the first issue.

The E-visa works at all points of entry: land borders and airports. There is no sticker in your passport, only an entry/exit stamp.

Getting Uzbekistan visa on arrival
If you want to obtain a visa on arrival you should have a Visa Confirmation (stamp), issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. The duration of the visa will be 30 days any period of 90 days. Visa on arrival can be Single or Double entry. You can get an Uzbekistan visa on arrival only at Tashkent International Airport. It is advisable to obtain a visa prior to your arrival in Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan Visa on Arrival fee is 20-50 USD for all foreign citizens. The fee may vary depending on your nationality.
You can get an Uzbekistan visa on arrival only at Tashkent International Airport.
Even if your country is exempt from visa requirements, if you intend to stay longer in Uzbekistan, you will need to apply for a visa from your home country before coming to Uzbekistan.
Foreign nationals should visit the Uzbek embassy or consulate in their country of residence to apply for a visa. They will also have to apply for a permit from the Ministry of Labor in Uzbekistan. Applicants should wait for the visa application to be approved by the relevant officials in their country of residence.
Upon approval of a visa, foreign nationals may travel to Uzbekistan for up to 30 days. The visa will be valid for a single entry. After arriving in Uzbek, foreign nationals must visit the local police station to register their address. Once they have registered their address and obtained their permission to do so.
