Whatever the duration of your planned stay, the length of your long-stay visa must be between three months and one year. To extend your stay beyond the period of validity of your visa, you must apply for a residence permit at a corresponding administration.
Nigeria Subject to Regularization Visa is for those applicants who want to travel to Nigeria for employment purposes.
Nigeria Subject to Regularization visas are valid for up to 2 years, but it is renewable in Nigeria.

You will apply for a Nigeria Subject to Regularization visa in Nigeria visa application centers, embassies, or consulates, whichever accepts visa applications in your country of residence. If there is none of them in your country, you need to apply to the nearest embassy or consulate to your location.
You must meet certain requirements to enter Nigeria, even if you are not required a visa:
Nigerian Naira is the local currency in Nigeria. 100 USD equals approximately 38,125 Nigerian Naira.
All fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded if your visa application is not successful.
The embassy may request you to provide additional documents or information, according to your personal situation, even after you have submitted all the required documents mentioned on the official website of the Embassy/Consulate/Visa Application Center.
Self-sponsored businessmen may not be required to present an invitation letter. But they are requested to show proof of financial means.
It is different from IMM/22A form and should be completed while applying for Nigeria Subject to Regularisation visa.
It is possible to extend the validity of stay in Nigeria.
You can obtain this document through the employer from the Nigeria Immigration Service in Nigeria. This document must be presented while submitting a visa application.
