3. Standard Visa Procedure

Nationals of other countries must obtain a visa with the standard visa procedures.

You will apply for a Nauru Visitor visa via e-mail. The e-mail should be sent to the Director of Immigration Office, Mr. Rajeev Keerthiyil, at rajeev.keerthiyil@naurugov.nr or rajeevnauruimmigration@gmail.com

Once your visa is approved, Nauru’s Department of Justice and Border Control will send you a copy of your visa certification via e-mail. You can print and show it to officers at your arrival date to Nauru. When you arrive at Nauru, the immigration officers will take your passport for processing at the office and return it later or the following morning.

You can realize your planned trip to Nauru by obtaining a Nauru Visitor visa. The reasons that you apply for a Nauru Visitor visa can be tourism or sightseeing, business, transit, or media. The validity of the Nauru Visitor visa is 3 months.

 

Required Documents for Nauru Visitor Visa

 

1.  Application Form

  • Duly completed and signed

2. Scanned Copy of Passport/Details on Pages

  • Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the return date.
  • It also must have at least two blank pages.

3. Photo

  • The photo should be of passport format, a recent whole-face capture with a light background.
  • It must be in the size of 3.5 x 4.5 coloured, and the head should take 70-80% of the photo.
  • You must be looking straight at the camera with a neutral facial expression (no smile and mouth closed).
  • Try to avoid uniforms or colours matching the background.

4. Residence Permit/Visa Copy

  • If your country of residence and citizenship are different

5. Return/Onward Tickets

  • Copy of your flight bookings to and from Nauru
  • Or other next destinations you will visit

6. Criminal Record Certificate (If necessary)

7. Medical Fitness Certificate (If necessary)

8. For Tourism:

9. For Business (Local Sponsor is Required) and Media Visa
