Visa Types & Categories to Apply for Micronesia

Micronesia grants visa-free travel to all foreign nationals from all over the world.

The citizens of the following countries can stay for up to 365 days in Micronesia:

  • Marshall Islands
  • Palau
  • United States of America

*These nationals can also enter Micronesia by presenting their National ID, birth certificate, or entry permit.

Citizens of Schengen countries can stay for up to 90 days within 180 days in Micronesia.

All other countries’ citizens can stay for up to 30 days, but they can extend this period for up to 60 days.

All foreigners must pay a departure tax of 15-20 USD when they leave Micronesia.
