3. Two Photos

• NEW! Should not be older than 6 months.
• A frontal view of the face-covering 70-80% (32-26mm) of the photo.
• A uniform and white background.
• Clear facial features and eyes – not covered by hair or glasses frame.
• 2x2 size

4. ID Card Copy

• Validity minimum of six months beyond the date of your transiting through Equatorial Guinea.

5. Residence Permit/Visa Copy (if your country of residence and citizenship are different)

• Validity minimum of six months beyond the date of your transiting through Equatorial Guinea.

6. Photocopies

• Copy of the main page of your passport
• Copies of previous visas

7. Travel Itinerary 

• Flight reservations (return ticket must be included)

8. Medical Insurance

• Individual or group travel medical insurance

9. Letter of Authorization

• Entry Authorization letter to Equatorial Guinea issued by the E.G. Department of National Security

10. Police Clearance Certificate

• Certificate of the good life and good morals sent by the police or the municipality (in English, French or Spanish), valid for 3 months after the date of issue.

11. Letter of Invitation

• Legalized by the authorities of the Emigration Service of Equatorial Guinea. This letter must contain the applicant's name and passport number and be valid for 3 months from the date of shipment.

12. Vaccination Certificate

• Vaccination file containing the vaccine against yellow fever.

 13. Supporting Documents that Show Your Reason for a Trip

• For tourism:
  • Letter from your bank confirming that you have at least EUR 2,000 in your account
  • The hotel's reservation
• For business:
  • Original invitation letter from the company receiving you in Equatorial Guinea, with a detailed explanation of the reasons for your trip
• For family visit:
  • Invitation of your family to Equatorial Guinea
• For religious:
  • Invitation of your contact in Equatorial Guinea
  • Authorization by the Ministry of Justice, Worship and Penitentiary (in Malabo or Bata)
• For transit:
  • An entry visa (if any) and an onward ticket to the intended country of destination

14. For Minors:

• Copy and English translation of either birth certificate/proof of adoption/custody decree if parents are divorced/death certificate of parent
• Letter of consent from parent/s or legal guardian/s, if traveling unaccompanied
